Dosage plan
Nasal Tanning spray
For the best & darkest results use 2 squirts up each nostril morning & night for 7-10 days even without uv light & sun exposure , after these 10 days you can then cut this down to 3-4 times a week morning & night. Once you have reached your desired colour use the spray each night or morning before sun exposure.
For an extra boost you can also use your tanning spray 1 hour before sun exposure!
All Tanning sprays are 10ml

Juicy oral drops
Put 4-5 drops under your tongue let sit for as long as possible (atleast 1 minute) then swallow, use drops each morning before sun exposure.

How to store
ALWAYS keep ur nasal spray & drops stored in the fridge

Caution
Side effects may include- Nausea, headaches, hot flushes and loss of appetite. Not everyone gets side effects but some people do , if these happen reduce your dosage, never take them on an empty stomach & only take before bed at night.
Do not use if - Pregnant, breastfeeding or if you’re on any form of heart medication
